 NutriBase makes it easy to move your work from one computer to another. You use the Backup and Restore feature to do this. And to use the backup feature, you simply click the Backup Icon in the NutriBase Tool Bar.
After you click on the Backup Icon, just tell NutriBase where you want to backup your information to. Often, this will be to a diskette in Drive A, but it could be to a hard drive, a Zip Drive, a CD-R, a CD-RW, or to a network drive. Select the proper location and click the OK Button to backup your information. (Click the down arrow to select a different drive to backup to.) This completes the process of backing up the entire contents of your desktop installation of NutriBase to a diskette. NutriBase compresses the information and will span diskettes when necessary.
By the way, NutriBase automatically makes a backup of the original data that you backed up in case you manage to screw up. |

Now, suppose you want to restore this information to your notebook or office PC. To do this, go to your notebook or office PC and start NutriBase. Click on the Restore Icon and restore your work to your second machine.
