A multi-day food recall makes it easier for you to make useful dietary recommendations to your clients. Their food intake will tell you important things that will help you craft your report and recommendations. For example, you may find that your client is taking in 57% of her calories from fat, is getting 250 calories a day too many for her age to maintain her current body weight, and that she’s eating too many cheeseburgers, French fries, doughnuts and milkshakes. The recommendations follow easily and logically from the intake report.
