In July, 2005, First DataBank announced that Axxya Systems has licensed the rights to continue developing and marketing the Nutritionist Pro product line. First DataBank posted an annnouncement letter to their web site in the July/August 2005 timeframe in which First DataBank's CEO announced a licensing agreement between First DataBank and Axxya Systems. In this licensing agreement, Axxya Systems would continue developing and supporting the Nutritionist Pro product line.

In a July, 2005 Press Announcement, Axxya Systems announces its licensing agreement to continue development and marketing of the Nutritionist Pro product line. In their July 25, 2005 Press Announcement, Axxya Systems announced that they have licensed the Nutritionist Pro family of products and will develop, support, and market the product line.
