|The NutriBase Tracker LOG Window|
Tap the LOG Tab you view your LOG window. This window displays a summary of the foods and exercises you have logged so far on the day indicated at the top center of the LOG window. (This window will be blank if you haven't logged any foods or exercises.)
This window displays two types of data: foods eaten and exercises performed.
The Status Bar is the colored bar located directly below the Tabs. The color of this bar indicates the status of your Logged Calories.
Exercise calories are added to your DCA (Daily Calorie Allotment). Exercising allows you to eat more food on this day or to create a larger calorie deficit by day’s end. (Calorie deficits cause your body weight to decrease.)
