Click your “Food Log” Tab. Highlight a food item (or items) in your listing of foods logged. Right click and select the option: "Items to Quick Add."

The Quick Add feature remembers the food item along with its serving size and the Meal you normally assign it to. Using the Quick Add feature can save you time and effort.

When you are recording to a client’s Food Log, you can click the “Add to QA” button to see an alphabetical listing of all the foods you have previously added to your Quick Add list. Check all the items you wan to add to this Food Log and click the Save button.

You can edit the items in your Quick Add List. You can delete items if desired with a right click.
